- Open the front door of the Document
Finisher
- Locate the inner tray (marked with
green label), pull it out and remove the paper if any is there
- You can also look for jams in the
Document Finisher sub Trays by locating a smaller green handle and
pushing it to the left
- Once done, please put all trays in the original position and close the main Finisher door
